Post a bold statement for this 2014 season

Going out on a limb, but that's the point of the thread..

I think we'll be top 3 in the conference in rush defense. 1st of all there's the addition by subtraction with the loss of Jake Holland. Cass in the middle and Frost on the outside should be better at plugging holes. I expect a lot less "whiffs" and missed arm tackles.

Also, I think having Justin Garrett healthy will be a tremendous asset in stopping the run game. He's a big hitter that can get in the backfield and disrupt plays.

One of the biggest reasons I think we improve is Derrik Moncrief. At 6'3 225 he can lurk around with the LB's and almost give us another LB presence in the secondary.

Last but not least we get some space eaters back in Angelo Blackson and Jeff Whitaker. Add some big guys like Gabe Wright and Monty on the outsides, we may not have that speedy pass rusher like Dee Ford or Corey Lemonier, but we'll definitely have some guys that can stop the run.
