Im 32 and was always skinny as shite. I'm now gaining weight around my stomach. Do any of those workout programs work well (p90x, insanity)?

Also, my gf doesn't need to lose pounds but wants to tone up. Is there a program we can both do that would accomplish what we're looking for? Tone her tummy and legs and help me lose my belly?

We're starting to run (I'm starting to run, she already runs.) that's why I bought the Asics Nimbus we were talking about earlier.

Thanks for any help. And obligatory pic for bringing up my gf. She's middle eastern and she likes her men like she likes her middle eastern dictators. Hung.

It took 1 comment.

And yes. She adequately motivated me in gaining perspective regarding ice cubes and bedroom play. She won the battle. I never brought them in again.

A good all-around exercise is the jumping jack.

Back when I played football in high school. Our coach made us do jumping jacks only. No strength training or lifting any weights, just jumping jacks.

Jumping jacks hits your chest and back pretty hard and a good workout for your triceps and hamstrings.

FWIW, belly fat is typically a diet issue. You'll want to take a look at what you're eating along with exercise.

Weight loss comes at the end of a fork as much as it does at the end of a run.

This is sound advice.

For my stomach I usually do heel touches for the obliques, crunches for the upper abdomen and leg lifts for the lower stomach.

Also have more sex.

That's why I only use my hands or a spoon.

I'd strongly suggest checking out P90x3 along with following their meal planner on beachbody.com.

I realized almost a year ago that I am about to enter the real world and should probably look to drop the weight I've put on since starting college. I've lost like 20-30 pounds since then and have gotten back to around where I was in high school playing basketball.

The workouts are great. They are only 30 minutes long, but you still get a ton out of them. I'm currently nearly halfway through my second run through of it and some of them still nearly kill me.

The meal planner starts with entering things like what you weigh right now and what you want to do like lose weight, gain mass, or get leaner. It will build a shopping list for you and plan out all of your meals for the week.

Legit answer. I lost 70 lbs. doing insanity. Would recommend it to anybody whose body is up to it.

Whatever workout you choose, just ensure that your diet doesn't undo the work you're doing. Find a consistent eating regimen that you can adhere to long-term.

You can burn 100 calories in 25 minutes of sex. It's not the most efficient workout but damn sure the easiest to stick with.

Get your GF to give it up more.

This is a common misconception. Belly fat is directly a by-product of lack of jumping jacks.

No, I had ice in the trunk. She had ice elsewhere. Lady parts and whatnot. She hated that shite with the vengeance, lol.

Yes. Lets hope that doesn't go away. Though she wishes it would.
