So far mine has to be a dark and stormy- dark rum & ginger beer or ale (lots of place don't carry the beer). I use some locally made dark rum( Rougaroux Dark) and Canada Dry. shite is fire like Dylan's rap lyrics.

Looking forward to finally trying Old Fashioneds, Sazeracs, Manhattans, etc. as I phase out of shitty college bars that only do bourbon/cokes, vodka/redbulls.

An Old Fashioned is my favorite cocktail thus far

My college bar drink is a gin and tonic. Haven't really distinguished cheap gin from great gin yet

I like an old fashioned if the bartender does not make it too sweet.

I like a mojito...again if it's not too sweet.

An americano cocktail (campari, seltzer, sweet vermouth) is nice if you are into campari.

I've actually never had absinthe. Might have to change that in New Orleans next weekend.

Also, not sure if it'd qualify as a cocktail, more a shot, but Irish Car Bombs are delicious.
