Sammie's pull ups with 3 45s is just as impressive IMO. Just knockin'em out.

Forget how good he is on the football field for a minute...he could likely get drafted on workout ability alone. His 40 yard dash, bench press rep count, and vertical jump will all be top 3 for his position, IMO.

here is the sled at the place I train. It basically puts you in a position where your hands are one inch off the ground and you are pushing it with your quads and hamstrings.
I have pushed that thing up and down that turf 100 miles. I swear, I hate that fricking thing more than the devil himself...
