Here's what I've done the past 4 days.

Thursday - worked from 7am until 11pm. I went to bed at midnight.

Friday - worked from 8am until 6:00pm. I had some sinus issues all day, and I took some NyQuil when I got home. I slept from 7:00pm until 6:30 the next morning.

Saturday - I cleaned my house in the morning, and traveled 2 hours to see some friends. I drank 3 beers last night. I went to bed about 11pm

Sunday - I woke up at 7am and stayed a awake for 2 hours. I then went back to sleep, and I've been too tired to stay awake for the whole day except for 15 minute segments every 2 hours.

I hope it's not the AIDZ.

Because you were invited over to pigfeet's house for the boobs/blow/backpage party last night.

Being a douche 24/7 can really tucker a person out.

The energy of a douche is directly related to how much attention he gets. It sounds like you're being you're normal douchey self but nobody is noticing anymore so you don't feel refreshed.

Maybe you should get up, gel your hair, put on your cleanest tapout t-shirt, jump in your camaro and cruise. That should do it.

That may be the difference, man. Are you stressed out at all? Anything change at work?

Boyfriend givin' you a dry spell?

Generally speaking, chaotic work hours will do that to you. Are you days to swings, swings to mids or mids to days by chance?

Try sleeping a little earlier and exercising more. If your diet is decent, leave it and have sex/bate before you go to bed.

Sometimes after I've had long weeks at work followed by busy weekends for an extended period of time, I need an entire day to recover.

It could just be everything has caught up with you, and your body is letting you know.
