Over on 247 there's a guy who's wife works for TWC, she told him that they were told today that TWC would have the SECNetwork as well by 8/14. T

he guy has only posted 9 times in 4 years on a paysite, and none of the other ones were about rumor type things, so I think it has a little credibility... at least I hope so. I don't want to put up a dish on the side of the house if I don't have to.

I actually got a $100 credit from TWC earlier this week for threatening to leave b/c they hadn't announced if they were going to carry it. So I wouldn't be surprised if other carriers would do the same thing to keep business from jumping ship until the finalize things.

They(Comcast) announced a couple weeks ago that they were working on a deal. Figured they would announce it during Media days.

LINK This article is from June 30th.

I've heard a few stories of people getting NFL Sunday ticket for a year for free for threatening to cancel because of the SEC network.

That's a good deal as well for the out of town fans who want to keep up with the Brown or Bengals but now live in Edisto, SC.

I have absolutely no problem with Comcast's product but their customer service is an entirely different story. But the last couple times I've had to actually go in I've gotten in and out pretty quickly.
