It was nice to hear Saban stick up for Tennessee today.

Calling for change in the post season process that would take into account the schedule, opponents beaten, opponents lost too, and how some 5-7 teams are more deserving of a bowl game than teams that manipulate the schedule to get 6 or 7 wins on the season.

I saw this as Saban making the early argument for a "2 loss SEC over a 1 loss other conference" type of argument and a 2 SEC team playoff.

Regardless of our strength of schedule, we haven't won six games to deserve to go to a bowl game. I'd rather see us play the tougher teams and lose in order to get a better indication of the state of our program rather than get wins against the sisters of the poor.
Regarding the Georgia game, I didn't buy a ticket. But, it's not like I had long enough to realize they were on sale 60+ days in advance!
