2014 SECRant Football Power Rankings Voters Wanted!

Ranters, football season is finally right around the corner. If you've been following your team throughout the offseason, then this thread is for you. Why? Because it's time to select members for the 2014 SECRant Football Power Rankings Committee. We're looking for posters that are not only knowledgeable about their team, but are also able to analyze and discuss specific aspects of their team and the conference. AND you need to be able to express these thoughts in a coherent and personable way. So if you think you can do what's above, you're what we're looking for.
If you haven't noticed, we're looking for a little more from our voters than last year. Why is this? Well, this year we're changing it up a little bit. In addition to the weekly Power Rankings, we will also be doing Team Previews for the remainder of this offseason and featured Games of the Week throughout the regular season.
You might be wondering how we'll be able to pull this off...well that's where y'all come in. This year's PR Committee members will not only vote for the weekly Power Rankings, they will also help create the Team Previews (for their team) and analyze the featured Games of the Week (which will feature the two teams in a head-to-head format). We plan to feature each team twice during the season, so it's not a big commitment every week. If all this sounds overwhelming, don't fret. Your board admins, Nino and I will be there to tell you what content we want and to help with the overall formatting. We just need the content and team fandom from you. You're the experts, after all!
In the spirit of protecting our voters, Voter identities will be kept confidential in order to make the rankings as impartial and unbiased as possible. The previews and game analysis will be posted by us to keep your identity private. If you're selected, the only way someone will know you're a voter is if you tell them.
So if this sounds like fun to you, and you think you have the time and talent, email us at SECRantPR@gmail.com. In your email, include your TD/SECR name and a brief explanation why you want to do this and why you think you'd be good. And yes, emailing us is a requirement. Don't worry though, any and all personal info will only be seen by Nino or myself. And we promise not to share.
Final decisions will be made Nino, myself and the admins, and we need 2 representatives from each team. Deadline for consideration is Saturday, July 12th, 12:00PM ET. Thanks,

Soooo...I hear about this from Nino on the Vandy board while Semo brings the message here. Were you all trying to avoid having backlash from divisional rivalries or something? BTW, the Georgia board version of this thread is pretty entertaining.

Last time we did this, I posted for the east teams and Nino did the west. We decided to switch this time. Plus, I just really wanted an excuse to post on the Auburn board.

Good gracious the UGA fans here are relentless. They see the team affiliation with a poster and automatically go crazy.
Congrats on being civil Nino because those guys certainly aren't. Idk why it's such a difficult concept to grasp without throwing hissy fits.

I think you should take advantage of your admin powers to do this more often, just to ruffle feathers. And based on what happened to NYC on the Georgia board when all he was trying to do was just setup a cool BBQ finding thread, some of those GA posters are full on nuts for sure.

It's a game of who can be the biggest attention whore with their faux outrage. They have some great posters over there though. The attention whores disrupt and run the asylum. I find it funny that they shite where they sleep.
