For ignoring police orders to stay away from a crime. Ducked under the yellow tape

Well, he grew on me, but as I'm sure everyone recalls I was always weary before last season about the prospects of Drake getting a lot of PT. A combination of fumble problems and multiple frick ups were my reasoning. Not sure what he did this time, but him getting into trouble isn't a one time thing. It's a theme. Looks like it'll just be Yeldon and Henry, unless Tyren Jones can push into Drake's role.

Drake has talent too. But what is this, the third time (that we know about) he has gotten in trouble in some way? Saban is probably done with him.

Indeed. This just means more touches for Yeldon and Henry.

If this is what it was for, then I would just ignore it.

I don't think we can ignore his knack for having poor judgment.

I'd still like to see Drake in there though. He's very good.

Kick him off for ducking under some tape? Give me a break.

Me too. He's a great player and we could use him. But what's next? He's far more likely to keep getting into trouble than to stay out of it. A young team doesn't need that burden.

He needs a major punishment because of his poor judgment. Everything he's done builds up. You can't just look at what he did. You have to realize that he's repeatedly displayed poor judgment and he's likely to keep getting into trouble. The team does not need that burden. I hope he stays and doesn't get into trouble because we need what he provides to the offense, but I see the writing on the wall. The Crimson glasses have to go. He's likely to continue getting into trouble, even if it's nothing major.

Some of you are cowardly little straight edge twerps. You can come back and throw this post in my face when Saban kicks him off, fair enough, but I just don't see this being a big deal.

Again, this all by itself isn't a big deal.

But when Saban has to sit down and talk to him AGAIN about his shite, he's gonna eventually get fed up with it. We all want Drake to stay, but is that best for the program in the long run?

Who is wanting him kicked off? I just said I'd like to see him play anyway.

Yes. Skipping class and ducking under tape isn't that bad. Let's not kid ourselves that these guys are at UA for an education. When he does something serious, let me know.

So he hasn't displayed poor judgment throughout his time here?

Skipping class, disobeying direct orders from the law, in the car with a drunk driver, etc.

Everything he's done is his own fault. Take off the Crimson colored glasses.

These aren't crimson colored glasses. I would say the same thing for a player at any other school.

Has there ever been a college student that never did this?
