Wow, sounds like you have it covered with that variety. Been a looooong time since I've done any real gardening.

We grow pine trees but we don't get to harvest them very often.

Also... you are leaving money on the table.

In these 1.7 oz bottles LINK (the little tabasco bottles are 2 oz for scale)

Sell for $3 each

= $12 for 8 oz of your product.

50% increase in revenue over your current method.

You may also pick up volume because many more people would be willing to fork over $3 for a new hot sauce than $8 for a whole 8 oz jar.

No charge for this advice... just pay it forward.

Another pro-tip for Dallas...

Today the going rate at the local Athens co-op for a dressed whole rabbit is $30.

Couple of 2x4's, some wire, a run where they can eat grass, some grandkids that need to learn where food comes from....

$30 per rabbit.

Again... no charge.

Nice! Sweet from the pineapple and honey, but then you take an upper-cut to the chin with The Heat!

Cool name too. Put me down for a a few jars.

I’m thinking grill some pork chops……..and then dip a large spoon into that jar to slop down on each one. Then sprinkle some black pepper on em.

That’s Awesome.

Ketchup-packets of homemade sauce? And pen-raised rabbits?

Go ahead and bust out a gatorhater9 speech about the importance of getting your English/poli-sci degree….and try to be even more awkward..

FWIW... I use it on grilled Chicken or pork chops that have been marinated in pretty much any kinda Asian marinade (teriyaki, soy, Yoshino etc... whatever you got) and dollop a spoonfull of my sauce on the meat the last 5-10 minutes on the grill. The sweet-hotness really sets off the Asian marinade well....
