If I had to pick a top 5, I'd say:

1. TAMU
2. USC
3. MSU
4. UGA
5. OM

Well, Carolina filled the stadium during our first years in the SEC, when we were getting our brains stomped out.

We averaged more than 70,000 during our 1-21 streak.

But judging by attendance in Columbia, Georgia's, Florida's and Tennessee's fans are as loyal as anyone's.

The irrelevancy is strong within this group

I once saw a Tennessee fan fork out five c-notes for two choice seats. As it happened they were parked close to me and were super people.

Wasn't there a TSIO game in Knoxville a couple years ago with more bama fans than it?

I'll take it. We filled Kyle fairly well after Fran & Sherman. We get a hint of sucess ('10) and exciting news (move to the SEC) and we averaged 5K above capacity and entered into plans to increase Kyle to 100K+.

It could have something to do with distance, but when we play Tennessee, the is plenty of orange in the stadium. Easy trip, I-40 to Asheville then I-26 to Columbia.

40 words is a long read for people from LA.

Bama fans sold out Bryant-Denny during the Dubose and Shula stretches. That has to count for something.

People can accuse Bama fans of being a lot of things, but not being loyal to the football program isn't one of them.

Believe before the expansion and the whole "leaving early" deal, we sold out every game at BDS since moving from Legion Field. Hard to argue with the list though, TAMU and USC, and no disrespect to either programs, haven't always been up current standards and weren't always competitive, yet they still sold out during those times.

Not arguing there. I'm just saying we should be in the conversation. Not only do we fill up our stadium, but we also travel as well as any fanbase. But yeah, for TAMU and USCe to fill there stadiums with their history, that's pretty impressive.
