@ Alabama? They haven't beaten the Tide since '07.
Auburn? They beat Auburn in 2012, but we all know this is a different Auburn team.
@ LSU? They haven't beaten the Tigers since '99.

Probably not with Merlins running the team.

A win against Ole Miss would be considered a big win to them

This could be their best chance
Bama breaking in new QB
Auburn lost some players and they are more of a one hit wonder
LSU has lost a ton of talent and breaking in new QB

Law of averages says they will have to eventually. Even that moron Freeze lucked into a win against LSU. I feel this is the year for the Hunchback of Starkghanistan.

Merlins only wins games he's favored in.

All they need is a big upgrade an every offensive position, and they could sneak up on someone like Troy.

I believe Mullen is 1-23 against teams that finished the season ranked with that one win being his first years Egg Bowl.

Dak only played like 35% of the snaps during those games, so the outcomes are skewed, AC.

These posts are cute. It's ok to be afraid, nobody faults you for it. In the words of Ned Stark, you can only show bravery when you are afraid. So there is a positive to this State obsession on the rant. Fear not, we will come in quick and firm, the pain will only last for a few days.

I'll rebuttal with a question:
When was the last time MSU had preseason expectations, ever, no time table, and even remotely lived up to them?
Please deliver.

2013 - finish ahead of OM in division
2012 - finish ahead of OM in division
2011 - finish ahead of OM in division
2010 - finish ahead of OM in division
No need to spin anything.
