Which of your teams incoming freshman or juco transfers make the biggest impact? How much of an upgrade is it to that position on your team?

Freshman

Jalen Hurd is going to play, and play a lot. Coach Jones has been very forthcoming about his roll within next year's team.

Other candidates for early playing time are Josh Malone and Dillon Bates

JUCO WR Lavon Pearson will start opposite Marquez North.

The only guy I can see playing a signficant role for UGA next season is Malcolm Parrish. We have depth issues at CB and Safety and he is going to be our best incoming freshman and has the talent to play from day 1.

Malkolm Parrish at DB

Chubb and Michel will play

I would expect Isaiah Wynn to see time on the OL

Isaiah Mckenzie and Keyon Brown will make waves on Special Teams.

Logan Cheadle made the two deep after spring ball (he's Don Cheadle's nephew)

Other candidates would be Brandon Lee, Tavon Ross, Greg Taylor or Nate Brown.

I agree but I think Malkolm starts from day 1 and plays a significant roll. I could also see Keyon Brown getting playing time. I forgot about Wynn. That kid might take one our guards jobs. His tape is very very good.

Leonard and Brandon Harris make the biggest impacts stepping into positions of leaders as true freshmen.

That being said, I think Trey Quinn will have a break out season. I'll go ahead and say Trey will lead the team in receiving yards as well as # of catches. (Chi catches the most TDs.)

ETA: Jamal Adams is definitely a name to listen for as well.

JoJo Robinson should be in our top four WR rotation and our starting PR.

Bijhon Jackson will push for a starting spot at DT.

Brian Wallace was the #2 OT on 247 but I look for him to push for a starting spot at LG this year before moving out to RT next year when our starter graduates.

Jared Cornelius will start at slot WR.

Frank Ragnow and Sebastian Tretola are both going to be given an opportunity to win the C spot in fall camp. They both definitely have a shot.

Yep, Malone has already won a starting job and I think Hurd is gonna get a ton of touches.

3* T Coleman Thomas has pretty much nailed down the RT spot too.

I also wouldn't be surprised of 4* S Todd Kelly is our starting SS vs Utah St.

2 true freshman are going to be LSU's best receivers? Did none of the other receivers besides Landry and OBJ develop?

Freshmen. Not JUCO

QUIT CALLING HIM DUKE!!

Let him earn that nickname. Auburn fans, you have a lot to learn about nicknames. You don't pick your name like he did.

We had a WR that had 0 catches all year get drafted in the 6th round. They are getting developed just fine

JUCO S A.J. Stamps has already locked down a starting spot.

JUCO DT Cory Johnson might not be a starter to begin the year, but will see a ton of snaps and may be a starter by mid-year.

Frosh WRs Thaddeus Snodgrass, T.V. Williams, Dorian Baker, Garrett Johnson, and Blake Bone will almost certainly play. If I had to guess, Baker will have the biggest impact.

Frosh ILB Dorian Hendrix and Nico Firios will both likely see some snaps, but I'm not sure either will be impact guys. Of the two, Hendrix is more likely as he was here for spring ball.

I'm not sure Frosh DT/NT Matt Elam doesn't get a redshirt (he's pretty out-of-shape) and the same goes for Drew Barker, based on his spring performance compared to Pat Towles/Reese Phillips.

A DB: Wesley Green, DJ Smith, Chris Lammons, or Al Harris, Jr. I'd bet on Smith.

Lammons could return punts.

Tyshun Samuel will probably get a look at WR.

We could use some DE help but nearly every one of them are dealing w/ qualifying issues.

Lammons was so worried about PT and getting to play CB as a FR. So he might not get to play as a FR at SCe?

We are razor thin at CB so he gets the opportunity to compete. I'd bet on Smith, though, as he looks physically ready and as he bulks up he can slide over to safety. Even if Smith takes the lead early on, there will still be PT opportunities for Green/Lammons.
