Photoshop/graphic request

If like to get this quote that Coach Bryant lived by in a cool graphic with him in the background or whatever would look good.
I'd like to use it as the lock screen background on my iphone so I the text could be center right where you can see it clearly an not have any of it covered up by the time or the slide thingy.

ETA- In using an iphone 4 right now but goin to upgrade soon so if you can make one for both screen sizes that would be cool.

Best I could do. Not very good at this. Used GIMP. Wanted to make the lettering Crimson, but couldn't figure out. Couldn't make it any bigger or it wouldn't fit either.

You could try darkening the area around Coach and change the font to white and it show easier. I like it though.
