They both rely on recruiting and tremendous talent advantages. They're only successful if they field way more talented team than the opposition.

They were both colossal failures at the pros which have level playing field. They both flamed out of the pros and are too scared to go back.

He sent Tennessee into a downfall in 2001 with a far less talented team. He has four SEC titles and four BCS titles. Your point is therefore moot.
