I'd love to see Bama in a Final Four one day. Neither of your teams has anything to hang their head over. Good season.

It amazes me that Mizzou, Arky and LSU fans are trying to troll UK because they lost a national title game.

Not me. I've always liked UK basketball. I salute Florida and UK for the season they had.

Ironic that between the three they've had less national championships in basketball than I've seen Kentucky win in my lifetime.

Frick the Final Four, I'd be happy if Auburn made the First Four play-in game

I don't get the mockery either. Kentucky posters are all a decent bunch, where the joy at laughing at their pain? I think they should be proud of the way their team played tonight and excited for next year. They'll have guys back with experience which will be big down the stretch

UCONN winning the N.C. this year is pretty much a joke. They should have never been placed in the east bracket, where they had basically 2 home games in the sweet 16.( the higher seeds got screwed.

Then they play zone vs UF and UF make 2 three's, very unlike UF.

I get what you are saying, but UConn proved to be a bad arse team. That speed is a killer.

It was one three.

UC had great guards. They were a match up problem for us. I hated Napier against us but I admit I began to like him today. This lessens the pain a bit. They are a good team, and FL had a horrid game against them. Bad combo.

Cal keeps blaming his young players. Lol. It is all about him. First half they didn't do what they were supposed to. Second half they had their chance but hangs his head to not be a complete douche and takes the blame. He wants to be liked so badly.

Watevs. No championship for the 40-0 bunch. Shameful.

I mean they beat basically everyones two favorites in Florida and Michigan State to get here. They earned it.

I agree. I thought UF had the best team in the nation. After the last three days, UCONN has proven they have the best team, IMO. They have a deep bench. They have a great PG. They knock down their FT's. They don't have a weakness, IMO.

What are you talking about? Cal blamed himself and his staff after the game.

After Auburn's NC loss I didn't turn on any sports media i.e. tRant, talk radio, twitter, ect for almost 2 weeks. You tell yourself you were just happy to unexpectedly be there but having come so close, it's hard to accept the loss

Yet that coach and team still made it further than your #1 overall seed. If that's shameful what's that say about your team?

But hey, you'll always have your tennis lessons and bold UK big man predictions sweetheart.

I honestly still think UF is the best team in the nation. UConn got hot at the right time and teams make runs in the tournament like that.

The actual top 5 IMO

1) Florida
2) Kentucky
3) Michigan
4) Wisconsin
5) Louisville

Such a matchup dependent sport it is crazy.

UCONN beat Florida twice, who beat Kentucky 3 times

Kentucky beat Louisville twice, who beat UCONN 3 times by like a combined margin of 60 points.

I was sort of hoping for a UK controversial win over the Gators in the championship game. I'd love to see if anyone screamed that Florida "deserved" to be champions for beating them 3 out of 4.

I think most people wouldn't give it a second thought, but I'm sure some people would be complaining...
