I've been contemplating whether to see this movie or not. The ratings are bad, as they are with a lot of Christian movies. I've read the story line and it sounds like it has potential, and I've heard nothing but good stuff from other people. What were your opinions on it?

If you're Christian you'll probably like it. If not them you probably won't.

A bunch of Christian critics are giving it bad reviews for being too corny.

I have no doubt it's corny as hell with bad acting (hercules ). The intent and message is probably pretty good though.

I'm a Christian and there's no way I'm wasting my money or time watching it.

The last fictional Christian-based movie I saw was Facing the Giants. The message was great but the corniness was near intolerable.

If they're giving it bad reviews, you know it's bad. Facing the Giants good pretty good reviews but I thought it was downright awful. It's a long-running joke in my family

Watch Facing the Giants first. Then stick a fork in an electrical socket to help ease the pain.

We took our youth group to watch it and we all enjoyed the movie. It is not as corny as most of that genre are. If you have kids it could bring a tear to your eye.

The OT Board is becoming a weird religion board for no reason. Also, how has my application to the UT board been going?
