Ok, can someone please inform me on how this guy is an ace recruiter? I don't know anything about him but I keep hearing people say that, so please enlighten me. What school did he use to recruit for and what 5 star players did he bring in?

Yeah that "it factor" was definetely missing from last year....AU and OU may not have been as talented, but they damn sure wanted those games more and played like it.
