did they have another big west team in the final four? And did all three of the big west teams invited make the sweet 16? And did the big west teams in the nit also upset teams? I never knew all that happened......

The SEC is still garbage in basketball. We do have 2 great teams though.

That may be true when discussing BB, but not football. No one else would want to play in the SEC West and the East could be catching up in the near future.

Florida v Kentucky in the Final wont change the fact that Alabama and several other SEC schools are playing basketball like a Sunbelt football team plays football. So, I don't see the relevance of your OP.

The two schools that REALLY care about basketball are in the final four. The others are not.
