UGA's Drug Culture and Their Penchant for Underperforming

UGA consistently signs top talent, top talent that consistently underperforms on the field. What gives, what's the underlying reason? Is it the Dr. Feel Good, Drug Life culture that permeates throughout their athletic department, more preciesly their football team. JHC is the latest in a long line of UGA players to be ousted or suspended because of persistant drug abuse. It happens to at least one player every year.
Why is it more prevelant in Athens? Why not Knoxville, Tuscaloosa, Gainesville?

well knoxville is the home of a dead program that no one is paying attention to, tuscaloosa sweeps the ski runs under the rug, gainesville has no rules

I probably deserve it, and these other innocent Dawg fans should be left out of it.

Everyone knows the real reason why you hear more about UGA's drug suspensions. There is a magical pot fairy that frequents Athens and causes this. These players are recruited by all of the same schools, but the ones that arrive in Athens are subject to this magical pot fairy that doesn't exist on other campuses.
It has absolutely nothing to do with different suspension policies.
