SEC May end up with 4 of Top 6 Teams

Not sure where Alabama ends up, but if Auburn wins the NC the SEC will possibly end up with 4 of the top 6 teams. Mizzou and SC should jump Stanford, Baylor, and Ohio St. who all lost. Assuming they don't jump FSU (assuming Auburn wins...Go Tigers!), Alabama, Mizzou, and SC could be in some order 4-6. Worse case SEC should be 4 of top 8 if Oregon and Oklahoma jump some of those teams. Potentially good ending for an alleged down year.

This will cause unending butthurt among the rest of the nation's inferior conferences and another year of delight for those of us who already know the SEC is the superior conference.
And they say we're declining...yet we'll more than likely finish with a minimum of 50% of the top 8 teams. Some decline, huh?

If Vandy and Aub win, and we got 8-2 in the bowls, which would be the best BCS AQ winning %, then they really won't have a lot of room to talk.

Eventually they'll stop calling it the Southeastern Conference, and just start calling it The Conference.

Alabama loses two straight weeks and still finishes in the top 6? Please.

My issue with going to The Conference is that it sounds like we're copying Miami with their stupid The U crap. I vote we just continue to kick arse and chant "SEC" at their pitiful attempts to dethrone us.

Be careful though, because if Auburn loses, it will be hard to defend it not being a down year.
That would make the SEC 0-2 in the big boys.
And as for Bama, they should be at the back end of the Top 10.

We should all, as a conference, organize to chant "THE-THE-THE" next year and see how long it takes the rest of the nation to catch on to what we mean.

Alabama will end at 8 or 9, probably deserves to be 10-12 but will probably hang on to the top 10.
