I say no.

I also don't understand why any top recruits would want to play there. Nkemdashian should've listened to Shaq and gone to LSU. Treadwell should've gone somewhere where his YPC average would be above 5.

No we will not. We are incompetent recruiters. We might as well enjoy next year because our first game will be our first time ever in Atlanta. We might never make it back

The loss to Mizzou really sucked for y'all ... probably the worst one of the season.

Ole Miss simple needs to string together a couple of 10 win seasons consecutively and your fortunes will turn for the better. And you gotta keep recruiting well.

Freeze is a pretty good coach IMHO - although I wasn't crazy about him in Deadwood.

Ole Miss will never be consistently good, they just don't have the resources the big programs do and never will. But they can be competitive most years and maybe make a run at a 10 win season once or twice a decade. I just think their fan base many times gets unrealistic expectations every time a coach has a good season or two. If they go to a bowl game most years and have a Cotton Bowl type season once out of every 5-6 years, I think that's doing a fantastic job there.

Disagree. We can recruit elite talent and beat top 10 teams. What else do you need?

Define good. Each school defines it differently.

the key word is consistently. Ole Miss has yet to consistently recruit elite talent and consistently beat top teams year in and year out since the early 60s. Yes they had a great recruiting class last year and a pretty good one this year and beat one good team. But Ole Miss has never been able to do that consistently. They'll string together a couple good seasons and then be terrible for a few, rinse and repeat.
