AU had an average day, 323 yds.

Get ready Bama. Since you're sitting at #5, we may only put up about 300 on you.

If anyone can slow our running game Saban is that one. I think we will still run effectively but just like tonight we've got to make those throws.

Georgia's D is soft. Bama shut Moo State's run game down. Better hope your DB converted QB can pass on our secondary. I don't think so.

edit: the only top 30 total defense Auburn has played is LSU.

It's amazing how pregame, UGA was going to expose our mediocre run game. Post game , their D is soft.

Their LB's are too fast to get some of the outside runs we are used to. Nick will actually need to learn where to throw the ball and putting some touch on it.

This is true. I hope Malzahn comes up with some slick passing schemes that we can run out of different sets for bammer.

How Gus is choosing to run the ball makes it very hard to play assignment D. The reads tend to get a little out of whack. AU will get 200 on the ground, and that is stellar against Bama.

Marshall, you're going to have to throw, and throw it well.

The run game was established as legitimate.

The passing game was exposed as exactly what everyone said it was.

Are we talking 200 yards in the first half or the entire game?

Cool story bro.

Post says run defense, though. So you still suck.

Entire game. I'm setting it at 200-225.

I'm sure AU will have some success on the ground. Alabama's rush defense this year is not as dominant at the point of attack as we have been in the past. To have any real offensive success though, Marshall is going to have to hit a few deep balls and be consistently accurate on 3rd and medium. If he doesn't have his best game of the season, Auburn will probably not be able to sustain much offense running the ball 70% of the time.
