Vegas Insider has OM as a 4.5pt favorite. Don't have a link, but find that somewhat surprising.

Why are y'all mad at the people in Vegas? If we lose, it won't be their fault. They still have a better record than us before the game and will be ranked higher. If our guys don't look at us as "underdogs" then it's their own fault. Freeze knows this too. Vegas people are just doing their job...

I'm all for it. And mostly because Vegas knows their shite.
If they are making us the favorite then there is a reason for it. (To me that reason is we are the better team and are at home)
IMO You give Mizzo our schedule and AT BEST the are 6-3.

I had this discussion with someone earlier too... The East is bad down and Mizzou finishes with OM and aTm... But they really haven't played a tough schedule at all... Their OOC was a joke and the other team from the SECw they played was Arkansas.

This makes sense. Y'all are much healthier after the bye week rest, and Troy doesn't have the fire power to beat y'all up this week. I would expect most of your starters to be resting in the 4th quarter, y'all are a 28 pt favorite.

I feel like Vegas' game is to bait bettors into taking a sure thing. I always like the odds of the favorite when conventional wisdom says they should be underdogs. LSU in 09 Is a good example. Maybe this year, too.

Vegas makes lines based off of how much action they'll get, not because they believe Ole Miss is a better team.
