Curious: Why is UF considered big 6 when 9 SEC teams have more CCs?

Just curious. Sure, 3 of the teams were in different conferences, but prior to the 90s, there wasn't the kind of disparity you see today with SEC>>>>all. Hell, even Missouri has more Conf championships all time than UF, and they earned them playing against OU, CU, and Nebraska during their heyday.

Arky: 13 (same conf as A&M)
Vandy: 13
Auburn: 11
UF: 8

Winningest program for 20 years and most sec title appearances and wins since expansion. We were the last added to the big six, but we earned our place.

Resetting at the SECCG would mean Georgia wouldn't be in it. Doesn't reset.
