Place will be closed within two years unless he also owns the building it's going in. The rent on the Strip out of control. Corporate locations won't even put chains there any longer. They still get fools to come in and do their own thing though and lock them into a lease agreement. And the cycle continues.

The fact that BWW got pushed out is absurd. I never went there, but it was always busy. I don't know how the frick they couldn't stay afloat.

They charge way too much rent and will continue to do so until people stop being fools. People get excited by the fall crowds and they think it's like that all year. They dont budget for it being dead in the spring and summer.

I was sad when I went back to Knoxville a few years ago and found out Charlie Peppers went out of business. they had the best wings ever

Gnome is decent. They kept animal hour which was the best time to get absolutely wrecked. Food is ok, especially for a strip bar.

Hey man, it was cheap drinks.
I got called old in hannah's by a girl when I was 21. Deals there sucked too. Also, it Just got busted for letting underage kids in.

One of these days a few of us on here need to meet up on game day and grab a few cold ones. I'll be that old guy on the hill just now going to college so we can grab some beer at my pad, or hit up Supra if he's not still in mom and dads basement
