Whats the rule on alumni participation during recruiting events?

And I dont mean cash handouts...hardy har har.
I mean like can Tebow attend and throw during FNL? Can Cam be at BCW? Can Glenn Dorsey be at the picnic?
Ozzie Newsome is a Bama alum...is he allowed to be at a Bama camp as an alum and an NFL GM?

I don't know about the other things, but I'm sure the NFL has rules against Ozzie Newsome doing that, even if the NCAA doesn't.
