to put it simply, do you go to a game that you know your team will probably lose?

I'm a Kentucky Football fan who has attended many a game.
I don't think I need to say more.

I've been to plenty of Alabama games that they were the underdog.

no i'm asking if you would spend your money to see your team lose....
just interested to see everyones opinion

yes in general
having said that most people do get disgusted with a team that doesn't perform up to expectations. an individual game that you don't win is fine... what is absolutely not fine is a team that gives up or doesn't perform up to their ability.

Do we have a shot or will we get blown out?
I didn't mind missing the iron bowl in 2011 (home for thanksgiving) because I knew we would be blown out. I mean I could have arranged it to stay there been a shot of a good game.
That said, I knew we would lose to LSU last year and decided to go since I thought it would be a good/close game. It was and paid off.
If half our team was injured and we were playing a team I knew would crush us? Probs wouldn't go. I don't watch massacres

I HAVE to watch the LSU game on TV. Every time I watched it live we've lost. Sorry for 2011 guys

I go to games to watch football and hope my team wins. There have been games one would think a blow out for my team and instead it becomes a win.

Well, I went to bama games from 2000-2006. So, nope.

I go to pretty much all the games. I don't miss big games, only games I miss are the shitty team oc games when I've been 2-4 straight weeks prior and or have something important. The odds don't really factor as much as the importance of the game. I'd say that's similar for most.

Went to every home game during our winless stretch.
