The article pretty much rails on Gundy for blocking Lunt, and the NCAA for being hypocritical.
My question to others is whether or not Dr. Saturday has a point or is he misguided.
I personally hate the comparison of coaches leaving and players transferring. When a coach goes to a new job his last school receives compensation in the form of a buyout. When a player leaves the school gets nothing. Also, the player transferring can actually go wherever he'd like, he just might have to pay his own way at first if denied a release, correct? What say you?

They are still upset about 2011.

He shouldn't be allowed to break a 4 yr scholly offer. Only seems fair he has to stay.

Can he go play Juco to serve out his 2 year school ban?

But they aren't really for four years.

His Girlfriend goes to Mizzou. That fact alone should have us in the running.
Honestly though, Lunt should go JUCO for a year. Then he wouldnt be restricted to any schools. I believe Mettenberger did something like that.

wouldn't be the worst thing, won't have to sit, or he can use his RS year at the JUCO and have 3 to play 3.

There is a ton of schools restricted now. From what I've red, he wants to be closer to home, so that is part of the reason for the restrictions.

Gundy is a damn good coach, but this is just another reason to dislike those leeches.

The Sioux had a proverb that you measure the quality of a tribe based on the strength of its enemies. Okie St apparently feels that Southern Miss and Vandy are its peers. Who are we to say otherwise?
