Will winning 2 of 3 against the Hogs be enough to get AU into the tournament?

Or does AU need a sweep to have any chance?

That would be a pretty strong finish to an otherwise mediocre season. Combined with a decent RPI, do the Tigers have a chance?

The 11-16 in conference is rough. But you would need to sweep to even be talked about.

Win some games in the SECt and that would help your cause a lot

Yep. But a series win over Arky would be a pretty strong finish.

I think we probably need sweep as well. However, I think if we had taken the series against Mizzou (which we should have easily done, IMO) it would have made a series win this weekend enough.

Blowing that lead against Florida in the 9th was a kick to the nuts. I think we need a sweep and at least 2 wins in the tourney.

Definitely, but the Mizzou series was the killer. We should have swept them instead of only taking 1 of 3. UF is a good team. Mizzou is significantly worse than we are.

But then you'd still be 2 games below .500 in conference play

Yeah, but we would have a strong RPI and would have finished with consecutive series wins over OM, UF and Arky.

Is there a way to calculate what a teams RPI would be after wins or losses?

We both could benefit from that.
