Is there a better non-SEC coaching combo than Pitino and Charlie Strong?

don't think so.

Maybe Michigan with Bieline and Chris Christie, but after Beelines crazy Nutt-like decisions tonight, I'll pass on them

Hats off to Louisville

Don't understand the Charlie Strong love????? Are you a black man? He's never really done anything IMO. Hopefully LSU Takes him when Miles leaves.

billy donavan/will muschamp seems similar among current combos

izzo/saban at michigan state years ago would be hard to beat as would the time when coach K and steve spurrier were both at duke

if you can do a different two sports then you can consider all sorts of other combinations (e.g. bertman and saban at LSU)

^This. Plus their women's team plays for the title tonight, and their baseball team is the top 15. Louisville currently has a very legit sports program.

As a DC he won 2 BCS titles, and he has won a Sugar Bowl. Something Arky has not done since 1969.
