The contrast is amazing between this 790 interview and the one I listened to on Jox by Matt and Scot. The 790 guys are actually grilling and holding her to her sources and the Jox guys were taking her for her every word. Ridiculous.

The strange thing is she actually DOESN'T sound like a lunatic. Something is not right about all of this. He said she said. Maybe she told Nieko and Blanc that they would be named only as "anonymous" players, and they were stunned and decided to recant their stories publicly?
Hell I don't know. It just seems so far fetched that someone would fabricate a story like this KNOWING the backlash that would come from her misquoting the players.

Since she's not going to actively provide the NCAA with anything, it will eventually pass and she'll have gotten a million hits on her website and her name gets back in the sports journalism world. No one will have any recourse because they don't want to go through the process of suing her and it will all eventually fade away.

Yeah I hear you. I know about her biased work with the Duke case. But it's not like she worked for the Birmingham News. She has solid work on other things in the past, including ARod and Lance.
I really didn't think she "sounded" wack - but that's just me. I can't wait to hear what McNeil says when he is available for interviews. He was in court today apparently.

I can't believe how much something gets blown out of proportion as soon as something negative happens at Auburn. Hell, it's about to be on Outside The Lines in a couple minutes. And these are fricking allegations! The stupid Hillary Clinton look-a-like count doesn't even have evidence of anything she's saying.

There's no money trail.
