I am guessing the first NCAA banner for volleyball will come from the east. Florida probably has the best shot but Tennessee or Kentucky could slip in too.

Florida has had a top 5 program in volleyball for like 20+ years now but our coach, Mary Wise, just can't seem to win the big one.

I know one thing...Florida's volleyball coach hated the students at Ole Miss. She yelled at me one time. Though I was yelling out the plays....when she tried hiding them behind her clip board.

It'll come sooner or later.
And I don't know much about recruiting, but Florida needs more taller girls. Those are the teams that usually beat us when it comes to the tournament.

7 Final Fours for UF, you would think it is going to happen eventually. I believe Wise is the only female volleyball coach to ever coach in the championship game. And BTW, at UF she is 632-69 (.902), it would be nice to see her finally win one before hanging it up.

Alabama Volleyball is what I like to call one of our humbler sports. As in if you feel like you're getting jaded to simply winning with gymnastics, golf, softball and football.... go to a bama volleyball match.
Seriously, we have banners celebrating winning the west like twice and going one-and-done in the NCAA tournament 3 years straight (our most glorious run of success in program history). We have a new coach in his second year who has pretty much rebuilt the team adding a plethora of freshman and transfers each year so maybe there is a turn around coming, but UF Volleyball is just in another league than Bama.
All that said, it would be HYSTERICAL if Alabama rose up and won one before the Gators.
