Why is Manziel catching so much heat from the Rant?

For the most part, the guy is doing the exact same shite that all of us did at 20 (going to whatever clubs we could get in, going to whatever casinos we could get in, chasing skirt, etc), but he's just on a national spotlight. He's acting like a 20 year old in a college town.
Sure he has some extra perks like Letterman, etc as a result of the Heisman. That's not why he's getting the hate, though. What do you think is the reason behind it?

JFF is a child compared to other "20 years olds" who have done what he has done.
If he wants to be Pauly D so badly, transfer to Rutgers and get it over with.
