I give UGA a 50/50 shot, but the winner of that game is going to lose to ND.

Yea that triple overtime win against Pitt has them really prepared for the big boys.

Well, to be fair, Bama struggled for two weeks in a row, and UGA's defense looked like hot garbage part of the season. If you look at all three teams right now, I would say that any of them are playing well enough to win it all. ND has the advantage of only having to play one game (i.e. Bama last year), however.

This is probably the case. The pressure and self-doubt will slowly build throughout the week, and it will dawn on him Saturday that he does not belong in that game. Though on paper the Dawgs could take this game, they will pull a Richt.

One teams misfortune is considered to work in another teams favor. The extra week off helped Bama last year but it isn't always the case. That is another lay off week before the title game, I think Nick Saban is one of the very few coaches that could turn it into a positive. Another on that list would be Chris Peterson. Brian Kelly is not. Look at his bowl resume, not sure how the extra week off will be a positive. (Yes I do know Saban was ill prepared for Utah a few years back, but point blank everyone overlooked them and they were a better team than Notre Dame is this year.)

I see you're still butthurt from 20 years ago in that thrashing of your Heisman winner and team that couldn't be beat.

Gino looked like a deer in headlights all night.

Did you deduce this from the stellar record Richt has against ranked teams?

Georgia last beat an SEC team ranked in the top 10 in 2007 against Florida before beating Florida this year.

2008 (3-3)
L #8 Alabama 41, #3 Georgia 30
W #10 Georgia 24, #22 Vanderbilt 14
W #9 Georgia 52, #11 LSU 38
L #8 Florida 49, #6 Georgia 10
L #22 Ga. Tech 45, #11 Georgia 42
W #15 Georgia 24, #18 Michigan State 12

2009 (1-3)
L #9 Oklahoma State 24, #13 Georgia 10
L #4 LSU 20, #18 Georgia 13
L #1 Florida 41, Georgia 17
W Georgia 30, #7 Ga. Tech 24

2010 (0-4)
L #24 South Carolina 17, #22 Georgia 6
L #12 Arkansas 31, Georgia 24
L #2 Auburn 49, Georgia 31
L #25 UCF 10, Georgia 6

2011 (2-4)
L #5 Boise State 35, #19 Georgia 21
L #12 South Carolina 45, Georgia 42
W #14 Georgia 45, #20 Auburn 7
W #13 Georgia 31, #23 Ga. Tech 17
L #1 LSU 42, #12 Georgia 10
L #12 Michigan State 33, #16 Georgia 30 (OT)

2012 (1-1)
L #6 South Carolina 35, #5 Georgia 7
W # 2 Florida 9 Georgia #10 17

Totals (vs. ranked teams at time of game)
Overall: 7-15
