See here is why NTY is a bunch of crazy ppl. There was no point to that article. Nothing happened recently to cause this article to be written. The timing of this is random at best. It's like someone with tourette's syndrome. We get it...the media fricked up and and went on a witch hunt. That was nearly two years ago and the NCAA ended their case against us last October. There has been no longterm ill effects on the school because of it. Cam's a millionaire and CGC got a fat raise. Its funny that they get made at the media for their coverage of the Newton allegations but then turn around and demand that same media provide the same amount of coverage to Alabama for the suit thing and LSU and ORegon and USce...thats called hypocrisy. Basically they want a second wrong to make a right. My 5 yr old nephew thinks this way too. Move on.

Middle sibling syndrome basically.

Fine with me if Auburn fans want to boycott the best bar in America.

Regardless of whether Auburn University was ever found to have committed a violation, the Cam Newton scandal was a legitimate major story. Cam was having one of the best individual seasons in college history, was about to win the Heisman in a landslide, was leading his team to a #1 record, and was about to play in the national title game. Then all of a sudden we find out that his father was demanding almost 200 grand from anyone wanting to sign Cam. Whether AU ever paid him a cent or not, that is a big story. And until the NCAA could run a full and complete investigation as to whether Auburn or Newton were paid, it deserved to be a big story. So I don't understand the idea that the national media conducted a "witch hunt." They simply reported what they knew and that a major investigation was taking place, which was true.

I know a guy that belongs to the "never to yield foundouchebags" board and owns a business and I wonder how he would like it if I posted the name of his business and some of his rants he has posted?I know a lot of people that give him business that would probably no longer do so with him if they knew......dumbass barners.

I was following you all the way up to here. They reported what they suspected.

The witch hunt was the ridiculous side stories...Cam cheating on a test at UF, Scott Moore tapes, Dan Mullins wife, Victoryland, Danny Sheridan...
