Well, by leaving the scene when the accident happened at 1am, and not being arrested until 3:30am, he probably saved himself a DUI. Assuming he had been drinking, of course. He could say he had a few drinks after the accident. The report didn't say he'd been drinking, but considering the time that passed it would be hard to make a DUI stick.
I think Mizzou's policy is if a kid is convicted of a felony, they're dismissed. Leaving the scene with more than $1,000 damage could be a Class D felony, unless they plead it down. He should be OK. But what an idiot.

hell I just looked it up. Mizzou is 6th all time Fulmer Cup points. We are ahead of UGA which is something. Mizzou: Proud to be SEC

We had problems with our last KC QB too, right? "Cocaine" Blaine Dalton? Only when he was arrested he had a mobile pharmacy of Rx drugs in his car along with a few illegal ones. Much worse, IMO. Berkstresser is, hopefully, just an idiot who did something really stupid but puts it behind him. Franklin needs a backup.
