It's pretty simple. If you have a lack of concessions in an area then people are less likely to go get food. They will have to deal with walking further which will cause them to miss action plus the lines will be longer since they already lack concessions. Less people buying = less money.

I can't count the number of time years ago when I was shitfaced, bought a hotdog, and ate the damn thing without even looking at it. That will never happen again.

We sat in the upper deck because that's where UGA puts most of the visiting fans.
