Will there be anti-SEC sentiment in the final polls?

Regardless of who wins over the next two weeks, if there is potential for a SEC vs. SEC matchup in the BCSNCG, do voters cast their ballots to guarantee this will not happen?

Does the move to the SEC by A&M and Missouri sway voters from the Big 12 region against the SEC?

Do the Midwest voters, who have become punching bags for the SEC (outside of Arky last year), choose a non-SEC team as its #2?

What about the West? Stanford lost to Oregon, who lost to LSU and a post-season ineligible USC, ruining their chances. Luck may have played his way out of the Heisman, along with James. Not much else to root for except BCS chaos.

Seems unfair, but the lobbying will be a bit unbearable in two Saturdays from now. I like LSU's chances against anybody on January 9, no matter who #2 is.

It's possible. You can't underestimate the butt hurt in other parts of the country.

if you follow sports on twitter you'll see it's obvious...they don't want an all SEC matchup

Yes the SEC has overstayed its welcome in dominance....its like tebow...you hear it so much that unless you are a fan of his team you get sick of it and want to see it fail....things would boil over if there was an all SEC BCSNC....this is where the bammers are being too overconfident....Okie state MUST lose for Bama to get in..OSU owns the computers and the anti SEC vote will give them enough 2s to make it to NO....I honestly cant see Va tech getting in.

Maybe. But then they may realize that an SEC team would have to lose to give the conference its first loss in the championship game.

Nobody nationally seems to think so. Every projection I've seen has Alabama-LSU playing for it all.

I think this is because most think OSU loses to oklahoma. I'd say Bama/LSU is probably a 50/50 chance of happening. Next would be OSU/LSU with about 25%, Bama/ARK 10%, LSU/VT 5%, LSU/Stanford 5%, everything else 5%.

Completely incorrect. All of those same projections have Oklahoma St in the Fiesta Bowl as the Big XII champion, meaning they beat Oklahoma. Also, if you read the analysis on some of them, they clearly state Alabama can clinch a spot Saturday. Just accept it.

When are these voters supposedly going to get mad? These are the same people that ranked the SEC 123 this week.

If America doesn't see that the SEC is their Daddy, they can just go f themselves. The way LSU, Bama, the Barn, and even Georgia are recruiting, this train ain't stopping.

Look at the population demographics of SEC states. Much better athletic genes. Look at these schools themselves, warm weather, hot chicks. These towns, even Starkvegas, live for football. Columbus, Norman and Eugene can go to hell.

Recent past history obviously points to yes. I know a couple of the Harris poll voters who openly say they do not believe in rematches. Bound to be a slew of others who feel the same way. Maybe this will be the year, though. As for LSU, the team is focused solely on this week's game and spends no time worrying about who they might face if they get that far.

^^ Pretty much agree here. ^^

But I don't agree that OSU MUST lose. It would certainly help, but I don't think its actually a given that writers will go anti-SEC.

The only way that happens is if OSU loses and the writers go full retard on the anti-SEC trip. VT shouldn't even sniff the game, IMHO.

I think ACC CHAMP 12-1 VT GETS IN, AFTER GETTING BACK THE LOSS TO CLEMSON.

Los Angeles will be taking back Eugene's dominance shortly.
