Keep the SEC in the SE - if you're going to bring in anyone, it should be FSU, maybe VT or Miami.

If nothing was going on behind closed doors then these rumors about A&M wouldn't keep coming up. A&M is going to be in the SEC within the next 5 years IMO. Who comes with them is the million dollar question.

I agree, I think A & M is coming. I thought it was interesting that Arkansas is jockying for Missouri. It's not really surprising, I just found it a bit interesting.

frick Texas. Now that that is out of the way, it is looking inevitable that we will see A&M at the very least join the SEC. I'm not sure how I feel about Mizzou but it would be a solid addition imo. Don't they have a good basketball program as well? I would still like to see Va Tech added over them though.

That's the way I feel. The best thing to do would be to add a Big 12 team then get someone out of the ACC. Preferably FSU or Va. Tech.

There has been all kinds of news on twitter today about it. "Insider info" leaking that we will hear in a few weeks and not in a few months/years.

FSU had their chance and was invited before ARK and USC were. I doubt their stance has changed with a quote something like: "We don't want to have to play Bama, Auburn and UGA all in the same year" coming from their AD. If the Hokies are not interested then I like what A&M and Mizzou would bring to the table. Solid teams and not to over the top like bringing FSU and Okl to the fold would be imo.

If R-Kansas is pushing for Mizzou, that makes sense.
I'd way rather have Mizzou in the SEC than OU, just from a recruiting standpoint. Make Texas kids decide between A&M, LSU and Mizzou if they want to be in the SEC.
There is a little bleed over in fandom in NWA, but nothing close to the number of Pokes and Sooners running around in western Arkansas.
I don't want any SEC expansion, but this would be one of the better positions for Arkansas.

I think an expansion definitely helps Arkansas if we add a the Texas market. LSU too.

When OU played in Memphis for the sweet 16 a couple of years ago, I said they reminded me a lot of the Bama fans.
