The LSU Football Equipment team tweeted out a picture of the famous No. 18 jersey on Thursday which is awarded to a player on the team each year that "best exemplifies how a LSU football player should conduct himself on and off the field."

The official LSU Football Twitter account followed up by saying that the No. 18 jersey will be revealed Wednesday, August 5th at a team meeting.

Former LSU players that have worn and passed the jersey down include quarterback Matt Mauck, running back Jacob Hester, tight end Richard Dickson, linebacker Lamin Barrow, defensive tackle Bennie Logan, safety Brandon Taylor, and running back Terrence Magee.

Our question to LSU fans is who do you think will receive the No. 18 jersey for the 2015 season and continue on the legacy?

Has there been a player wear it who wasn't a senior? I like the tradition. It means something to the team and that's what matters.

OL not eligible to wear it. For that reason, this whole thing is bogus to me.

Hester gave it to Dickson as a joke. That it's gotten to be taken so seriously and blown up into this big "tradition" is a little silly IMO, but if it makes the team happy, fine. I think Mills wears it.

I don't see Mills wearing it due to his legal trouble last year. Perhaps Debo?

Am I the only one who caught Richard "Dixon"?
