If you wonder why TD melts so badly after a loss just look at this poll results. Haven't played a game yet so no basis for voting an unranked team last year as 11-1. Just take the season one game at a time and enjoy. As much as I love les as a person he has a Neanderthal coaching mind. Great players playing flintstone offense doesn't equate to 11-1.

CLM will find a way to lose 1 or 2 games then they will lose a third one somehow, leaving them at 9-3 and another Chick-Fil-A bowl appearance. Geaux Tigers!

Bama will be a tough game. But, honestly, I don't see a loss on this schedule. Yeah, we play Florida in the swamp, but I still think we win there. It'll be close, but we win. All our other tough games are in Death Valley. And it's hard to win in Death Valley.

11-1 or 12-0 (8-0 coming into the Alabama game) The loss could come at Auburn (just kidding around), Alabama, at Arkansas, or at Texas A&M! I really can't find a loss on LSU schedule but I'm not sure if a team can run the table in the SEC?

Alabama,OM, @Arky, @Auburn, @Florida & @A&M should all be tough games. I'd be pleasantly surprised if we somehow managed to win all six.

11-1 but we beat Bama. One loss coming to Florida or Ole Miss

I agree on the one loss but no way its to either of those teams, pretty soon Florida will pulling a someone out of the stands to play QB, and Ole Miss will be a dumpster fire by the end of the season...

If we lose a game, I'd rather lose at Arkansas than lose to Bama. That game is on a tough spot in the schedule. I don't want to see hot cocoa on the sidelines this year though

Ole Miss is as talented as anyone in the SEC besides Bama and LSU. Will not be a dumpster fire.

Les needs to go 10-2 to keep his job while not winning a championship, so I'm going with that.

Soooo 2/3 plus of our fan base expects 11-1 or 12-0. In 11 years we have done that twice and made the title game both times. That's some strong expectations.

It's just what people hope. Lsu does have the team to go 12-0 which is almost impossible in college football anymore.

The biggest factor about this schedule is where the Ole Miss game falls. I think that is the main reason we finish 11-1 and not 9-3.

How often do SEC teams go undefeated and win the championship in the same year? Rarely. The last time it happened was 2010.

And the year before

Nobody acts like it happens every year, and the championship isn't even listed as an option, but Bama 2009, Auburn 2010, and LSU 2011 all swept their regular season and conference championship games. Three different teams, all in the same division, in consecutive years accomplished this.
