Manny Miles, the son of LSU football coach Les Miles, has committed to play football at North Carolina next year.

Manny, a three-star prospect from U-High in Baton Rouge, played quarterback and was a pitcher throughout his high school career. It is unclear whether or not he will play baseball for the Tarheels. Per The Advocate:
quote:

Manny, a two-sport athlete at U-High, had discussed the possibility of walking on at LSU for football and baseball, but he’s decided to leave Baton Rouge for a spot with the Tarheels.

Manny’s Twitter account on Friday was flooded with retweets of friends and teammates tweeting him congratulations for the decision.
One of those congratulatory tweets came from his former teammate and incoming LSU freshman running back Nick Brossette.

Good for him. He's a pretty tough kid and he knows how to win. I actually like him as a WR prospect. He's a solid athlete. Best of luck to Manny!

His style is like Manziel. Really hope he's able to take over after Trubisky leaves.
