ESPN's Chris Low ranked LSU No. 5 in his pre-spring wide receiver / tight end position rankings:
quote:

5. LSU: The Tigers have the guys who can catch it and go get it. Finding somebody who can get the ball to them will be the trick. Junior Travin Dural was sensational at times a year ago and has averaged 20.5 yards per catch during his two seasons at LSU. Malachi Dupre has major star potential after catching five touchdown passes as a true freshman. John Diarse (redshirt freshman) and Trey Quinn (true freshman) were two other first-year players who contributed last season and round out a rotation capable of doing some real damage down the field. The Tigers did lose two senior tight ends.
Complete Rankings:
1. Texas A&M
2. Tennessee
3. Ole Miss
4. Mississippi State
5. LSU
6. Auburn
7. Georgia
8. South Carolina
9. Alabama
10. Arkansas
11. Florida
12. Kentucky
13. Missouri
14. Vanderbilt

Shouldn't they rank the WR/TEs by themselves without talking about QB?

Our group is higher than 5 in the SEC.

Did anyone at ESPN put any effort into researching how often our TE's even caught the ball/or were targeted? This seems more like a QB/WR rating instead of just WR. I suggest TD stop posting anything from ESPN. They're a sham.

Most important thing is how young our receivers are.
