Neighbor please. What kind of bunk is this? Talk about a TAF revolt. We would switch to the Wave foundation at Yuletide Yulman

Right or wrong, it is highly improbable that the LSU Alumni base, season ticket holders, and TAF folks will support a black head football coach. Basketball, yes. Football, no.

Actually, I'd say his color is the only reason why we would hire him. Other than that he's a zero.

Charlie Strong was only hired by UT because he was a diversity hire, other than that he offers nothing.

Strong is a good coach. I'm sure he's on the list. Just highly question that he's "at or near the top"

Charlie walked into a total disaster at UT. Players were totally undisciplined and he's had to spend a lot of time resetting the culture. He's a good guy and UT should ride it thru with him. Their offense is good. Charlie needs to get some new blood in on the defensive side of the staff. I like Coach O, but if we landed Charlie, that would be a good thing I believe.

You have to go to an Offensive oriented coach and hope we keep our defensive staff. I like Herman or Fisher.

Man I hate to lose Aranda, but I really don't see how we keep him with a new guy coming in. I too believe that Coach O will not get this job. His resume as a HC just isn't what LSU fans would believe in. If they would hire him then I believe it would be a wasted 2-3 years just like Ole Miss.

No. Also, Coach O will never be the HBC at LSU. Just no way. He's going to enjoy this year, but then we're leaving the program in the hands of a professional head coach. Coach O was a disaster at Ole Miss.

Ole Piss was a long time ago for O, you can't just judge him on those 3 years. Besides, Herman has now lost to Navy and SMU! That's right- SMU! Does he still look as good now??
