unless this state has some strange rules, the clock should have read 2.3 seconds left on inbounds as it should have stopped with a made basket.

It should have counted because the home team that was supposed to stop the clock didn't. And for cheating they deserve to lose. The clock should have stopped during an inbound under 2 minutes

There were 2 seconds on clock after the other team scored. Why it continued to run I have no idea. But it was at 0 before he released the full court shot.
