Someone isn't taking the news of being benched well. This thug has been bad news all season.

Considering it was his third strike and the fact he was suspended for the first two games of the session for a similar problem

We would have about 13 players left on our team if Gus was our coach

Complete bs to dismiss a player for being picked up for intoxication. You run him till he pukes, you don't kick him off the team. That sux.

According to what standard? Yours? You have no idea the internal accountability that has transpired in this young mans life prior to this event. Maybe he has been run until he pukes?

This kid went to the wrong school with the wrong offense for him. If he goes any where that has a drop back play action passing game he will be a lot better off then in this Auburn QB run offense.

You have to respect that a coach did the right thing for his school and the kid.

Speaking of poor decisions Gus, what the frick have you done to the Auburn offense? It's gonna be incredibly ironic when the official release from AU after you're shitcanned reads "We appreciate his time at Auburn and wish him nothing but the best."

I see it as a smart move for AU.

or it could be painted as Gus pushes you out the door when things don't go well. Not saying he didn't deserve it, but its ammo to be used against Auburn if needed.

all the hood shite that goes on..........and this choir boy gets booted? Gus must have needed to make an example of someone. why not a qb who will never take another snap anyway?

Except this choir boy had been suspended TWICE already for smoking pot. This was his third strike and he deserved to get kicked off.

i take it in your example 'choir boy' is code for he is white? lol. he has been suspended multiple times for drugs, he is not a choir boy

Just because he can sing doesn't mean he is a choir boy. Singing as a group requires a different skill set than getting up there for one song of karaoke
