Arkansas quarterback Rafe Peavey announced on Twitter Tuesday night that he will be transferring out out of the program and is headed to the SMU
The sophomore from Bolivar, MO will have to sit out the 2016 season and will have two years of eligibility remaining when he can play again in 2017.
