I have the understanding of what it means to be a Gator fan, and that it could have the potential to have conflicting views politically throughout the state. I'm from the deep southeast corner of Alabama so I'm pretty sure my political views align with most of those within the Florida panhandle.

For those in Alachua County and south of Orlando, there's a complete switch in thought. Which is also fine.

Just remember, we're all Gator fans, and we all want the same for our favorite college football team. WINS, CHAMPIONSHIPS, TROPHY WINNERS, ETC.

I get we all might have some pent up energy during this current political climate, and we all got something say. However, please keep it out of the actual Gator discussion. I realize I contributed to derailing a decent thread discussing the future of Dan Mullen, and I apologize for that.

We can leave this thread pinned if you want if it will provide civilized discussion, or this can be the warning thread to keep out of the Gator Board all together. If you got something say, take it to the Politics Board on TD.

It's up to you guys either way. I personally wouldn't mind talking to some of you that are left thinking because the Politics Board can get pretty shitty, but I digress...

The politics board here is a fricking cesspool that represents pretty much everything anyone not on the far right hates about it.

How people can associate with that shite without feeling personally bad about themselves, I just can't fathom.

There are several posters on this topic that embody the whole "OrAnGe MaN BaD" mentality. It is comical at best.

I have been idle for about a year but applaud your effort to keep politics off the sports boards.

Sad to see my country being torn apart by the few on the far left and far right who have no clue what American is really all about.

Now that we are a few months into the Harris / Shumer / Pelosi / and last and least Biden administration. How are we liking the gas prices and shortages, the crisis at the border, rising inflation, the middle east on the verge of war, transgenders winning women's sports, just to name a few highlights? Well at least his doesn't text mean stuff.

Heading for Florida this weekend. Can't wait to pay over $3.00 for gas. Thanks Dumbass, and your war on fossil fuel.

How loud is Putin laughing while talking about the sorry excuse for a leader the United States has? Same question about NATO, G7, the rest of world? What a disgrace.

46 is trash. Not really up for debate. We’ve gotta do better in 24. I have yet to see anyone say they’re happy with anything this ones done. Most of my far right friends think the election was stolen. Most of my far left friends would’ve voted for a potato not named Trump. I don’t understand how our country has come to this.

Tested positive for Covid Tuesday as did wife and 86 year old mother. We were infected………….wait for it, by a relative that was vacated twice and boosted and passed it thru the family. Day 5 now and all are feeling ok, still a little weak. Lost sense of smell today. What pisses me off is that I can’t return to work until the 10th of Jan because my employer hasn’t updated Covid protocol so basically missing 2 weeks of work for a bad cold. Let’s go Brandon, shut it all down, dumbasd.

All right Biden bros, you gonna watch the clown give his
version of the state of union tonight? SyFi at it's best.
It will be a hoot to watch him say he cured Covid, that high gas prices are Russia's fault, crime is under control, the border is under control and inflation is just temporary.
What an F-ing joke. November can't come fast enough, time to kick out Pelosi and Shumer and neuter Sleppy Joe from inflicting any more damage to the country until 2024 when we can elect an actual leader.

Paid $4.09 for regular gas today in St Augustine.

Idiotic voting puts idiots in office. Remember that next
time you vote for a Dim! November can't come fast enough to
stop the damage being caused by the clueless people in charge right now. Hopefully we won't add nuclear war to
Biden's list of accomplishments.

Back to the facts for the uninformed.

Inflation is the highest in over 4 decades.

Oil prices highest in history.

More instability in the world than in decades due to weak leadership by the United States.

Electric cars, windmills and solar panels will not fix this.

Elections have consequences, learn from this.

Vaccines do nothing to stop the spread of Covid.

Why so political, Mickey? You are a F-ing mouse.

Why do CEOs of big corporations feel the need to jump into political issues that may alienate over half of their customer base? Just woke and stupid, is my answer. what's yours?

Paid $10.20 for a Whopper meal today, with tax. And it was a medium size. Thanks a lot Brandon, oh mean Putin. Everybody knows the price of Whoppers didn't go up until Putin invaded Ukraine

Everyone should watch 2,000 mules. It it the smoking gun for one of the ways that the 2020 election was stolen. There were others, but the evidence shown in this film is reason enough to question the outcome. 81 million votes, Come on Man.

Big day for the SCOTUS and America. In the case of West Virginia vs EPA they could rule to cut the nuts off all of the alphabet agencies and unelected bureaucrats that unconstitutionally implement rules and regulations on the people and businesses in the US. This will force Congress to do it's job and pass laws the way the constitution intended. It could also be used to limit or eliminate executive orders. This is a much bigger decision than the Roe reversal as it affects everyone.

Also today, possibly the least qualified of any Justice in history gets sworn in. Elections have consequences so we have to protect election integrity going forward better then in the past.

I flew a Trump 2024 flag at St. Augustine beach yesterday and it was amazing how many people just walked up to talk about how we had to change the current course of this country back to it's founding principles in November, and in 2024. It game me hope for the future. Although you won't see it on the MSM there are a lot of Patriots out there who still believe in America and the Constitution. I just tell anyone who will listen to vote, elections have consequences.
God Bless America.

Last political post before the season starts. A few thoughts for you to ponder.

1) Gas is still double what it was 2 years ago
2) Inflation is still the highest in 40 years
3) Men are still playing in women's sports
4) The FBI, IRS, CIA are all weaponized against us
5) Now you get to pay for deadbeats college loans
6) Contrary to what they want you to believe, abortions are still legal. Per the constitution, the states decide the rules.
7) Elections have consequences, if you vote for stupid people you get stupid results. We can still fix this in November and in 2024. Don't be part of the problem, be part of the solution.
8) Go Gators, beat the hell out of Utah!!!
