According to Vegas.

He's ranked above Milroe and Dart.

How does a true sophomore on a team that's never won a Heisman (BS popularity award) with so little playing time rank this high?

Because Vegas is much smarter than the SEC rant:

Beck #1 #Ewers #2 Nico #5

That’s not how odds work. They aren’t probabilities. It’s not like they add up to 100%. If TN fans are dumb enough to take bad odds, bookmakers don’t have to increase the payout.

Add another $20k on Tennessee to win it all... can't lose with pre-season 5th place Heisman trophy candidate

You shouldn't be talking about anything betting related, WhiskeyWelchingBitch.

The will Howard at +1400 seems like a bananaland bet to me. Id rather sprinkle some on Travis hunter at +3500 due to the fact that it is a popularity contest and dude is a household name and on the cover of EA

They don't just stick any random unproven players up there though. You guys are such freakin haters.

Yesterday, you were saying Nussmeier has a low ceiling as a game manager.

You're also constantly saying BK is going to suck now that Daniels is gone.

But they have Nuss at #8, how can this be?

Because he has a lot of experience, plays in a QB friendly offense that put up big numbers last year and balled out in your bowl game.

I think Nuss will post decent stats this year but i don't see him winning any tough games like JD was able to do. No more Nabors as well to throw to.

Let's look at some of your recent quotes:

quote:

I know one thing, Nico will have a better year than Nuss and whoever Bama trots out. I'm willing to put money behind that statement.

quote:

Nico will the best QB in this conference by end of the year.

The rest of these scrubs will barely be remembered 10 years from now.

Nussmeier...Ewers...Dart....Beck...talk about a who's who of QBs this year lmfao. I see zero future NFL starting talent with any of these guys.

quote:

He's a middle of the road game manager type of QB best case scenario. That's his ceiling which is lower than Nico's floor.

Now you're trying to brag that many sites give Nico the same, or worse, odds to win the Heisman than most of these "scrubs."

They make the odds based on a lot of inputs and a variety of factors. For instance, can they generate a lot of offseason money on a Longshot by inflating his odds if a given fan base is prone to overreact to any glimmer of hope and place fools money on them? Yes, yes they can.

Vegas isn't a predictor of a winner or loser. They are a predictor of betting trends.

Someone should do an Uncle Nico face mashup edit. Two of the most hyped QBs of all time.

I know how the odds work but it's still impressive considering his lack of playing time and no I'm not betting on him. If one of the GOATs Manning couldn't win a Heisman at Tennessee no one probably ever will.
